MCM Relief Outreach-USA

A community outreach to the people in need!

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison

and you came to visit me. – Matthew 25:35, 36. This program strongly supports humanitarian relief efforts by facilitating feeding programs, supporting local and international livelihood programs, and coordinating outreaches with like-minded individuals and organizations who endeavor to serve the community through providing basic necessities to the less-fortunate.

MCM Relief Outreach in Tampa, has thus far had the privilege of giving over 800,000 pounds of free food. This has been distributed to families facing many challenges.  On each Sunday of the week after our 11:00 O’clock service, MCM Relief Outreach team opens the doors of MCM Worship Center church in Tampa, Florida ready to bless families with food. The foods are given in sizable food box containers. Each food box contains items for breakfast, lunch and dinner to feed a family for several days!

MCM Relief Outreach -Vision – Food Pantry

The vision of this outreach is NOT just to give a onetime hand out, but to transform communities by co-laboring with other community leaders and organizations. We operate under the belief that in order to maintain long term positive change, we must work together with local churches  who are doing the same type of outreaches. In the U.S. there are millions that suffer in silence, especially the most vulnerable in our society – our children and our elderly. To effectively recognize and help those that are suffering, we work together with government bodies,  pastors, non-profits, and recognized community organizations.

(If you are interested in co-laboring with us, please feel free to contact us through our MCM Relief Outreach Regional coordinator @ 813 621 5648 OR Email us at

MCM Relief Outreach – Goals

The outreach is focused in two main areas –

  • Food Outreach, and
  • Disaster Relief

Food Outreach USA – Statistics

Recent Statistics: It is estimated that 96 billion pounds of food are wasted in the U.S. each year, while 35.5 million people — including 12.6 million children live in households that experience hunger or the risk of hunger.  This represents more than one in ten households in the United States.

Our strategy in addressing this discrepancy is simply to reclaim quality surplus food and give it away to the needy families. Corporations do not want to throw away large quantities of food, but are concerned with the logistics and the liability of donating it. Therefore, corporations and growers donate quality food products that are safe to eat but cannot be sold due to packaging, size or short retail shelf life.  Government recognized organizations receive these foods in large quantities and in turn work with local agencies that are screened and qualified with 501C-3 – (Tax exempt status) to distribute the donated food items to the families in need.  Our ministry team picks up these donations, for give away to the local communities through our own expertise through MCM Relief Outreach Program.

Disaster Outreach

In the unfortunate event of a natural disaster, we use our expertise and resources partnered with established organizations in the suffering area to provide immediate  aid.
